I loved this book and read it straight through. From the beginning it caught my interest, held it, and kept me wondering what would happen next. I especially liked the story line about Goat and her family. I really wished there had been more on them. If you like suspense I think you’ll enjoy this story as much as I did.

Triggering

I liked the read. However it triggers me to my own experiences in my past. I hated Gordon all the way through the book. I even found the main character to get on my nerves with her drama. I cursed at the story a few times verbally and was frustrated with this woman's ignorance. I suppose looking inwardly I would had yelled at myself for my fears and poor decisions. This book has triggering situations and if you have dealt with DV you might not want to read this. Good ending though.

Another psychological thriller. More philosophocial than one with a twist. Not many surprises. But overall a good, well written, easy read.

Super until the end 🙃

This book really kept me interested all the way through. It was engaging and interesting. However, I have to mention there’s moments when the author rushes through certain chapters. Definitely in the last few chapters I felt like she ran out of time or patience, maybe both and just wanted it over with. There’s so many open ended questions. Then he’s just dead? Maybe they’ll be a part 2 but overall I gave it 4 stars bc the majority of the book was great! ⭐️
