Stephen King Three Classic Novels Box Set: Carrie, 'Salem's Lot,The Shining

1. The books came in good condition.
2. The box that held the books had nothing to keep it together, so when I picked it up, it came apart and the book fell out. 

Other than that (^), I’m satisfied with the condition of my order, and I’m hyped to read my new books. I know the movies have some differences, so I’m curious as to what the books are like compared to the movies.

My sister and I have loved reading Carrie from this set, and it’s very personal to us. We can’t wait to enjoy The Shining, and Salem’s Lot. We may get an audiobook to go with those two for more imagination. Carrie is an excellent little novel for teens who struggle with reading and concentration - especially when it really is a very relatable story. The only problem was the packaging. It was delivered a little ripped and not handled well. But the packaging isn’t that important. The books are in mint condition. We don’t need the sleeve anyway. But just an FYI if you want to keep the sleeve, it did arrive ripped a bit.

I love these books and recommend them. On the content alone we get to 4 stars. Its legendary horror, and well written.

This is a set of three paperbacks- Salem's Lot, Carrie, The Shining- with those thin, super flexible glossy covers. They are sturdy for normal reading. but thrown into a teenagers backpack for a week or something they might be put to the test. The slipcover that holds the 3 books is very thin cardboard and ripped apart in the box while it was coming to us. It's flimsy enough structurally that i wouldn't have kept it anyway, consider it disposable. The cover art is meh, photoshopped from digital assets, looks like. I know there are better covers from these books out there.

For reading, just fine! IF you want a tome to collect for your library you might want to weigh your options.
