My Rules (Kingston Lane)

Ahhh Once again I have devoured a TL Swan book in one sitting. No lie! I have had no sleep!! I always want to be a character in one of her books and mourn the characters like crazy as I finish and then anxiously await for her next book to come actually getting mad at myself for reading the last so quickly!! But this one if you didn't want to move to Kingston Lane after Book 1 you'll be packing your stuff and moving there now wishing you had done it sooner!! I can't wait for Antonys story as well as all the Kingston Lane residents!

Finally. I'm sure others write this in their reviews too but I would be remiss if I didn't mention that one of the biggest reasons I love Ts books is because they are not predictable and she keeps you on your toes the entire time!!

I had to read my temptation again to get me ready for visiting Kingston lane again. Blake and Rebecca are featured in this one and it was hinted in the first book about Blake secretly loving her. Of course you wouldn't know it since he's such a player. Rebecca really wants to move on from the disaster of her marriage but the baggage of what her husband put her through makes her distrust any relationship she tries to have. On her dating app she states that she wants the fairy tale and I thought to myself don't we all. I found it particularly funny when Blake finally gets his shot with Rebecca and she tells him if they can go slow. He really doesn't know how to do that so he texts his two friends, Henley and Antony and they basically tell him that if the home run is not on the table he gets to go to third base with her. Blake asks Henley what that means and he says she gets to get off and you don't. Being the player that he is he is not used to going slow or third base but always hitting home runs so he is totally out of his element. He doesn't want to ruin this for Rebecca since he really cares for her which is new for him as well. This a delightful book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. But I like all of t l Swan's books
